STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR THE OUTDOORS

Do you love being outside?  Are you amazed by the natural beauty of Wyoming?  Would you like to move through mountains and feel more fit, confident, and in control while having an amazing experience?

If you like to hike, ski, climb, run, mountain bike, kayak, or do anything else in the mountains that involves significant exertion, and want to feel better while doing it and gain the confidence and fitness to tackle bigger objectives, then this class is for you!  Led by Dane Steadman, an accomplished alpinist as well as former world-champion powerlifter, this class will meet three times a week and help you build a solid base of strength to boost performance and help prevent injuries, increase your endurance so you can feel better for longer, and impart knowledge about how to move through mountain environments to help you gain confidence in your ability to get out, have fun, and reach new personal heights.
