(For new members)
This two hour session will cover basic body posture, movement, and cater to your specific needs. The goal is to find balance outside the gym as well as during your sessions with the group.
(For all members and drop-ins)
Each class time is done as a group. Together we have a complete warm-up specific to that days' workout and ends with a specific skill and mobility.
