When and Why did you start at Heart Mountain Fitness?
I started in August 2016. I knew I needed to pay more
attention to body and self. My parents had recently
passed away which was an eye opener and I turned 50

Improved my eating habits. I used to feel that I could eat anything because I worked out, now I'm working on the body puzzle - Nutrition - changing my eating to compliment fitness.
What advice would you give someone new?
Don't look at your neighbor. Don't compare your chapter to someone else's. Meet yourself where you are.
